Official website · Licensed U.S. retail desk for Nervecept
Nervecept is a dietary supplement for nerve comfort, sold as capsules in a 30-count bottle. You take one capsule a day with 8 oz of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. Each capsule lists 8 lines that add up to 699 mg, led by 500 mg of glucosamine sulfate. No study has tested Nervecept itself, and it is not a treatment for nerve damage or neuropathy.

Nervecept capsules: white bottle, 30 servings. Brand render.
Three starred lines on the front of the label
The label's own wordingSupports Nerve Sensitivity*
This is how the bottle words it, and the FDA has not evaluated it. Tingling and numbness have causes a doctor should look for first. (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12)
Promotes Nerve Function*
Most research on these ingredients looks at knee joints. NCCIH's neuropathy notes centre on alpha-lipoic acid, which this capsule does not list. (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin) (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements)
Strength in Extremities*
Extremities means hands and feet. For weakness there, NINDS lists treating the cause and regular exercise. (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy)

Label vs studies
Two of the eight lines have a study amount we could verify. Each bar sets the capsule amount beside it.
What it is01
Nervecept is a dietary supplement sold as vegetable capsules in a white 30-count bottle with a blue label. The label sets one serving at one capsule, so one bottle is 30 servings.
Each capsule lists eight lines that add up to 699 mg. Glucosamine sulfate is 500 mg of that, about 72 percent. Indian frankincense is 67 mg, chondroitin sulfate and turmeric root are 50 mg each, and quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain are 8 mg each.
The front of the bottle reads "Nervecept" and "Nerve Repair Formula", with three starred lines: Supports Nerve Sensitivity, Promotes Nerve Function and Strength in Extremities. The sales page goes further and says it is "clinically proven to eliminate nerve pain, stop tingling, and restore optimal nerve health". This site does not repeat that claim as fact, and each one gets checked below.
Nervecept is not a medicine and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA, Dietary Supplements). The capsule also contains shellfish (crayfish), so anyone with a shellfish allergy should skip it.
The label we read is a capsule: hypromellose shell, rice flour, 699 mg of listed lines. See the capsule form page.
Glucosamine sulfate is 500 of the 699 mg. The other seven lines share the remaining 199 mg.
Order buttons here lead to the brand's own sales page, where the prices and the 60-day guarantee apply (Nervecept sales page).
Claims vs evidence02
No one has published a study of Nervecept itself, so nobody can say it works for nerves. The research on its ingredients is mostly about knee osteoarthritis, not nerve damage.
NCCIH says glucosamine and chondroitin have mixed results for knee osteoarthritis (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin). Frankincense and turmeric trials are small and also about joints (NCCIH, Boswellia) (NCCIH, Turmeric). We found no source that tests these eight lines for neuropathy.
The one supplement NCCIH discusses for nerve pain in diabetes is alpha-lipoic acid, and it is not in the capsule (NCCIH, Diabetes and Dietary Supplements). Tingling and numbness have causes a doctor should look for first, such as diabetes or low vitamin B12 (NINDS, Peripheral Neuropathy) (NIH ODS, Vitamin B12).
Claims as printed on the sales page (Nervecept sales page) and the label. Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally human trials of the same product (FTC, Health Products Compliance Guidance).
Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine because you started a supplement. New or worsening numbness needs a doctor, not a bottle. The full review is on does Nervecept work.
Daily use03
Take one capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.
The label prints it this way: "Take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water, 20-30 minutes before a meal." The sales page adds that the timing before a meal is preferred (Nervecept sales page).
The label gives no second capsule and no loading phase. Do not take more than the label says.
On a new bottle, check that the safety seal is intact. Read the Supplement Facts and the allergen line, which says it contains shellfish (crayfish).
The label says to take one capsule with an 8 oz glass of water. That is a full cup, not a sip.
One capsule a day, never more. The label's best-results tip is 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.
A bottle lasts 30 days. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase. Note any change in your symptoms and share it with your doctor.

Ingredients04
Nervecept lists eight ingredient lines, each with its own milligram amount. Together they weigh 699 mg per capsule.
The bar below draws one capsule to scale. Glucosamine sulfate takes most of the width. Four lines at 8 mg each are barely a sliver, and that matters when you compare them with the amounts used in studies.

Other ingredients are hypromellose, which is the vegetable capsule, and rice flour. They are not counted in the 699 mg.

The label says to take one capsule a day, lists eight lines with amounts, and warns pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition to ask a physician first.
It names the distributor, Gex Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah. The manufacturer is not named. The bottle says it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.
The numbered spots below explain each part in plain words. On a phone, the label scrolls sideways.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
Do not exceed the dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18 and anyone with a medical condition: ask a physician first. Keep out of reach of children; do not use if the seal is damaged or missing.

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), rice flour. CONTAINS: shellfish (crayfish).
Not evaluated by the FDA; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Every word is also typed out on the Nervecept supplement facts page.
Amounts vs research06
For two lines we could check, the label amount is far below the studied amount. For the others, we found no verified dose to compare against, and we say so.
Indian frankincense has 67 mg in a capsule; trials used up to 1,000 mg a day of extract (NCCIH, Boswellia). Quercetin has 8 mg; a small safety trial gave 500 to 2,000 mg a day (Han et al. 2020, Quercetin Safety Trial).
Label vs studies
For glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin and turmeric we found no dose source we could verify, so there is no bar for them. That is a gap in what we know, not a verdict.
Safety check07
It depends on you. Turmeric and frankincense can interact with some medicines, and the capsule contains shellfish. Answer five quick questions, then talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
A checklist, not medical advice. See side effects and interactions.
Before a supplement08
Many things, and most need a doctor to sort out. A supplement does not replace finding the cause.
