To get a Nervecept refund, contact the order desk within 60 days of purchase, then mail the bottles back with tracking. The sales page calls this a 100% money-back guarantee (Nervecept sales page).

Which refund terms should you confirm?
Confirm two terms at checkout: how many days of use the company expects, and who pays for what.

The 2-bottle pack also shows "+ Shipping" without an amount. Ask whether the outbound charge is refunded.
