The Nervecept formula is eight listed lines that add up to 699 mg in one capsule. Glucosamine sulfate is 500 mg, or 71.5 percent. Four lines are only 8 mg each. The label gives real amounts and no hidden blend, but we found no study of the capsule itself.

The list01
What is in the Nervecept formula?
The Nervecept formula is eight lines in one capsule, totaling 699 mg.
They are glucosamine sulfate, Indian frankincense, chondroitin sulfate, turmeric root, quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain. The other ingredients are hypromellose and rice flour, and the capsule contains shellfish (crayfish).
The label shows an amount for each line. Under FDA rules a blend would show only one combined weight (21 CFR 101.36, Supplement Facts), and this panel does not.
The weights02
How much of each ingredient is in a Nervecept capsule?
Most of the capsule is one ingredient. Glucosamine sulfate is 500 of the 699 mg, which is 71.5 percent.
Frankincense is 67 mg (9.6 percent). Chondroitin and turmeric are 50 mg each (7.2 percent each). The last four are 8 mg each, 1.1 percent each.

The doses03
Are the Nervecept formula amounts the same as studied doses?
Not for the two lines where we could check. Frankincense is 67 mg, while trials used up to 1,000 mg a day of extract (NCCIH, Boswellia).
Quercetin is 8 mg. A 7-day safety trial of 9 people used 500 to 2,000 mg a day (Han et al. 2020, Quercetin Safety Trial). For the other six lines we found no verified dose source, so we make no comparison.
Most of the research is on knee osteoarthritis and is mixed (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin). None of it tests this capsule or shows these lines treat nerve problems.

Who should check with a doctor before using the formula?
Anyone who takes a blood thinner such as warfarin, has a shellfish allergy, is pregnant or under 18, or has a known medical condition should ask a doctor or pharmacist first.
Turmeric can matter for warfarin and similar drugs (MSK, Turmeric). Keep taking prescribed medicine, and get new or worsening numbness checked. The statements on the label have not been evaluated by the FDA.

FAQ06
Nervecept questions people ask
How many milligrams are in the Nervecept formula?
One capsule lists 699 mg in total across eight lines. Glucosamine sulfate is 500 mg of that. A 30-capsule bottle holds 30 servings at one capsule a day, and the label gives an amount for every line.
Does the Nervecept formula have a proprietary blend?
No. The Supplement Facts panel lists eight separate lines with their own milligrams. The sales page FAQ mentions a blend and biotin, but neither is on the label, and the label is the document we trust.
Which Nervecept ingredients have no verified dose?
Six of the eight lines have no verified dose source that we found. Frankincense (67 mg) and quercetin (8 mg) can be compared with studied amounts, and both sit far below them, so the formula's strength is unproven.
