How many Nervecept capsules should you take a day?
Take one capsule a day. That is the whole label dose: "Take one (1) capsule daily with an 8 oz. glass of water, 20-30 minutes before a meal."
The label also says "Do not exceed recommended dose." It adds that anyone with a medical condition should ask a physician first. There is no loading phase, no second capsule for bad days and no higher tier.

Why is taking more than one Nervecept a day a bad idea?
Because more of the mix is not shown to give more of anything good. It only gives more of every line, including the ones that carry cautions.
Two capsules would mean 1,000 mg of glucosamine sulfate and 100 mg of turmeric a day. Glucosamine may raise blood sugar in some people and raises bleeding risk with warfarin (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin). Rare liver injury has been linked to turmeric products (LiverTox, Turmeric).
