Are the Nervecept amounts strong enough?
For the two lines we can compare, no. A capsule holds far less than the amounts studied.
Frankincense is 67 mg, and NCCIH reports extract up to 1,000 mg a day in trials (NCCIH, Boswellia). Quercetin is 8 mg, against 500 to 2,000 mg a day in a 7-day safety trial of 9 people (Han et al. 2020, Quercetin Safety Trial).
That is about 7 percent of the frankincense amount and under 2 percent of the lowest quercetin dose. The scale below draws it.
Label vs studies
Glucosamine sulfate is 500 mg, the biggest line, yet reviews of it for knees are mixed (MSK, Glucosamine). We found no verified dose source for it.
